Dicky Amaya, founder and president of Amaya Glaze Co., Inc. 

I started the company in 1978,  reglazing tubs but soon saw the need of repairing new tubs that where defective or damaged through construction.  Through the years, there have been many changes in products and the techniques used to repair them.  My philosophy in business has been to give the customer a finished product that I would be proud of and would have in my own house.  I want the customer to feel confident in us and our professionalism. 

My wife, Marywinn, and I have been married since New Years Eve, 1976.    

We have three children: a son ,Evan,  a Graduate of UNC Charlotte, Mechanical Engineering owns his own business Reborn Company LLC;. a daughter, Cora, a 2005 graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene;  and a daughter, Isabel, a 2007 graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts  in Spanish and Political Science.

Michael Finnegan started working with Amaya Glaze Co., Inc.  in 1999 and has been a great addition.  He has shown a willingness to learn and has a great sense of humor. 

His wife's name is Rhianna Charity. They have two daughters named Keegan Faith and Ailise Hope.

Alan Horldt has been working with Amaya Glaze Co., Inc. since early 2001.

His wife's name is Dori and son is Carson born August 14, 2005.

Eladio (Lalo) Ocharan has been working with Amaya Glaze since 2006.

His wife is Raquel and has two daughters Victoria and Emelia.

Lalo was born in Peru and Raquel was born in Arjentina.

Brian Finnegan as been working with Amaya Glaze since 2004.

Mike is his brother.

Blair Jones has been working with Amaya Glaze since the fall of 2004.  She is our office manager, working in the office with Amanda, Maria and Baird.
